The seventh chapter leak hunting

一、按测漏/LOSS键2秒钟，在右上方显示LOS,进入测漏程序，当料盘走动，如料带有漏料时，则会发出报警声并停止运行。

According to hunts leaks the /LOSS key 2 seconds,in the upper right demonstrates LOS, enters the leak hunting procedure, when the material plate takes a walk ,when the material has leaks the material, will then exude the warning sound and stops the movement.

二、当出现报警时，按下停止/清零键后，再按下左转键或右转键，料盘会继续转动。

When presents the warning, after pressing down the stop/resets the key, then presses down the counterclockwise key of turns right the key, expects the plate to be able to continue to rotate

注意：当进行测漏操作时，如果有出现死机现象（按键不起作用）时，可以用手来回拨动一下料盘即可。

Attention:When carries on the leak hunting operation,when has appears halts the phenomenon (pressed key does not have an effect), may use the hand back and forth to move the yummy treats plate then.

三、调节光纤头位置：Adjusts an optical fiber position:

1、根据料在料带的高度来调节固定光纤头柱子高度（通过前后两螺丝调节柱子松紧）使两头光纤头正对。

       （Through around two screw adjustment pillar loose and tight）causes two optical fiber just right highly based on the material in a material belt altitude mixture control fixed optical fiber pillar.

2、通过松紧把手调节滑块进而改变两光纤头前后距离。

  Then changes through the loose and tight the hand adjusting slider two optical fiber and aft distance

        附注：机子中央的松紧把手逆时针方向是固定紧划块，顺时针方向是松开划块的，松紧把手上部分可以向上提动从而来调到固定位置。

        Annotated:The loom central corner is fixed delimits tightly the hand counter clockwise the block ,clockwise is loosens delimits the block ,in the corner the part may raise upwardly moves, thus transfers the fixed position.

3、如果两光纤头前后距离调至最大，遇有空料未报警，那么再通过调节放大器来增强对射光线强度（调节放大器，SENS上方旋钮可改变光线强度）
