一、产品原理  Product principle

1、普通零件计数器：采用光电传感原理，利用零件载带引导孔与零件的对应关系，通过专用处理芯片及大规模集成电路处理，实现零误差，测定SMD零件计数量，可实现方便快捷的计数，是SMT物料管理的高效辅助设备。

   2、测漏型零件计数器：配备高速光纤，根据空料和实料光线强度对比原理，准确检知空料。人性化设计可切换检知空料停止两种状态，前者方便流水线作业质量管理，后者可实现仓库盘点零误差。

      Leak hunting components counter: Provides the high speed optical fiber, according to the spatial material and the solid material candle-power contrast principle, examines accurately knows the spatial material. The user-friendly design may cut examines knows the spatial material to stop two conditions, the former convenience assembly line work control, the latter may realize the warehouse inventorying zero error.
